[Dec 29th 2006] Some (junk) art
Firstly I want to say that I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and whish you
a happy new year.
Still no updates on the manga... Sigh. I'm sorry.
I do want to go on with the story, even very much so, but I simply still lack
the motivation to draw manga pages... it's very frustrating, believe me.
Anyhow, I've posted some sketches in the Livejournal community, which can be
found here.

[Aug 4th 2006] Alive again? + Fanart
ZOMG, look, an update :0 Yes, I know, it's almost unbelievable, but I actually
drew a new page after nearly a year of hiatus.
Wow, this time motivation really left me for good. I'm terribly sorry for all
of those who waited for a continuation that never seemed to come .__. I really
am. And a big 'thank you' to all of you, who're still reading this manga.
Will Dear Brother be updated at a regular basis again now? - No. Maybe
in the future there might be regular updates, should I get the hang of drawing
pages again, but for now I won't make any promises. I'm going to draw whenever
I feel like it, so updates will be pretty much sporadic.
So you aren't going to give up on this manga? - No, at least not in the
near future. I really want to finish this story one day, I just can't say how
long it will take me.
Your drawing style changed a bit/The characters look different. - Yes.
After almost a year of not drawing certain characters, something like this can
happen ^^; Plus I'm drawing the lineart digitally too now, it's a bit faster
and easier for me.
Ok, enough of my babbling - it's Fanart time! The wonderful strychnon
has drawn another beautiful fanart. Make sure to check
it out~ (and make sure to thank her for her support and patience with me, because
that's one of the reasons I'm continueing on this manga ;3)

No, I'm not dead yet... I just had a really evil art-block (and a lack of motivation)
